They rely on experiences rather than speculation, and make decisions based on these. They are hardworking, responsible, and self-confident. Has a clear set of standards and beliefs. Personality types are based on the Jungian Psychological Topology (I provided brief descriptions of each), and a summary of archetypes based on both Joseph Campbell’s the Hero with a Thousand Faces and Carolyn Myss’ list of archetypes.
